HomeMy WebLinkAbout977447WARRANTY DEED Roydell Lloyd Haderlie and Dezerene Haderlie, husband and wife, as Tenants by the Entireties, Grantors, residing in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to: (i) Roydell L. Haderlie, Trustee of the Roydell L. Haderlie Revocable Trust under agreement dated July 10, 2014, for the benefit of Roydell L. Haderlie and his heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy -in- common interest, and to (ii) Dezerene Haderlie Trustee of the Dezerene Haderlie Revocable Trust under agreement dated July 10, 2014, for the benefit of Dezerene Haderlie and her heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy -in- common interest, Grantees, whose address is 477 Dry Creek Road, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS THE SW CORNER OF SECTION 11, T31N, RANGE 119 W, 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF FAIRVIEW, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AND RUNNING EAST 80 RODS, THENCE NORTH 79 RODS, THENCE WEST 80 RODS, THENCE SOUTH 79 RODS TO POINT OF BEGINNING. and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4- 10- 402(c) shall apply to the property conveyed by this deed and any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof. DATED: July 10, 2014.
