consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever
quitclaim to Earl Jay Blackham and Brian Earl Blackham, as joint tenants with
rights of survivorship, whose address is 1327 C 9 West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY
83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
A portion of Lot 3 of Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision to the
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, thence North along the
Easterly boundary of said Lot 3, a distance of 68.05 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
thence S89 °51'48 "W, a distance of 57.98 feet;
thence N79 °28'54 "W, a distance of 73.25 feet;
thence North along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 3, a distance of 27.19
feet;
thence East along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3, a distance of
130.00 feet;
thence South along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 3, a distance of 6.61
feet;
thence West, a distance of 40.00 feet;
thence South, a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence East, a distance of 40.00 feet;
thence South, along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 3, a distance of
24.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
