Patricia Gail Burns, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim
to Melvin D. Rawlings, sole owner, whose address is PO Box 103, Opal, WY 83124,
all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:

Lot 6 of Block 8 of the Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on March 7,
1977 as Instrument No. 490264 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto; subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in sight or use.
