Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming 82901, Grantee, which real property is situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT 94, UNIT C -2, COMMISSARY RANCH SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF
Subject however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements, and rights -of-
way of record, of sight or in use.
