EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That parcel of land located in Tract 2, known as the Asher parcel described in that certain document recorded September 3, 2004 Book 566, Page 422 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM: That part of Tract 3 of the Rees Subdivision, N1/2SE1/4 of Section 20, T37N, R118W, described as follows: Beginning at the Westerly boundary of Forest Road easement, more exactly 30 feet West of the Southeast Corner of Tract 3 where found a 1/2" steel reinforcing rod, thence West 300 feet along the south line of Tract 3, exactly parallel with the south line of said N1 /2SE1/4 of Section 20, thence North, parallel with the east line of said Section 20 to a point intersecting with the Southerly right -of -way easement of Forest Road, thence Easterly and Southerly along the Southerly and Westerly easement of Forest Road to the point of beginning.
