NORDIC INN, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to ANNE DALLAS
CLINGER, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 3068, Alpine, Wyoming
83128, GRANTEE, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereto appertaining;
SUBJECT TO covenants, reservations and restrictions of record;
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or in use.

EXHIBIT "A"
That part of Tract 3 of Rees Subdivision, N1 /2SE2 /4 of Section 20, T37N, R118W, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at the Westerly boundary of Forest Road easement, more exactly 30 feet West of the
Southeast corner of Tract 3 where found a 1/2" steel reinforcing rod; thence West 300 feet along the
south line of Tract 3, exactly parallel with the south line of said N1 /25E1 /4 of Section 20, thence North,
parallel with the east line of said Section 20 to a point intersecting with the Southerly right way
easement of Forest Road, thence Easterly and Southerly along the Southerly and Westerly easement of
Forest Road to the point of beginning.
That part of Lot 1 and of the NE /14SE1/4 fo Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at a point South 7313 West, a distance of 497.70 feet, more or less from the east boundary of
said Section 20 from which the east quarter comer thereof bears North 0'41' West a distance of 1364.91
feet, thence South 73 a distance of 316 feet, thence North 0'41' West to a point on the South
boundary of Tract 3 of Rees Subdivision, in said Section 20, thence North 89'39.7'East, along the South
boundary of Tract 3 of said Section 20, a distance of 300 feet, more or less, thence South 01%3.3'East a
distance of 218.73 feet to the point of beginning.
