That on the 22 day of July, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, I did at that time hold and conduct a sale of the following described property: CERTIFICATE OF SALE -PAGE 1 Lot 6 of Blaze Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on June 8, 2004 as Instrument No. 899970 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Lot 6, Blaze Lane County Road 113, Etna, Wyoming 83118. The Real Property Assessors Parcel or tax identification number is 12-35-19-23-2-00 121.00. 2. That said sale was held pursuant to the power of sale contained in the following mortgage: Mortgage (the "Mortgage dated July 7, 2006, executed and delivered by Ken Harris and Lisa Harris, "Mortgagor to First Bank of Idaho fsb, dba First Bank of the Tetons "Original Mortgagee which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to said Original Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on July 13, 2006, in Book 626PR, page 250 in the records of the office of the Clerk in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming 83128. Assignment of Mortgage by The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for First Bank of Idaho, FSB and assigned to 2010 -1 RADC /CADC Venture, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the assignment was dated September 1, 2010, effective as of August 26, 2010, and recorded on November 15, 2010, in Book 757PR, page 169. 3. That pursuant to the Notice of Foreclosure Sale, I did at the time and place therein set and appointed exposed for sale and did sell at public auction the above described property lying within Lincoln County, Wyoming. 5. That the premises were sold at the time and place fixed for sale and offered for sale at public auction to the highest bidder. The property was sold to 2010 RADC /CADC Venture, LLC the highest bidder, for the sum of 45,000.00 000.00 the highest bid. 6. That the sale was in all respects openly, honestly, fairly, and lawfully conducted and done in accordance with the Notice of Foreclosure Sale. 7. That the purchaser shall be entitled to a deed for the lands and premises at the expiration of the period of the redemption, unless the same shall have been redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
