That while not required pursuant to Wyoming statutes, a notice of intent to foreclose was posted at the property that is subject to the Mortgage, being commonly known as 1337 Canyon Road, Kemmerer, Lincoln, Wyoming, as evidenced by the attached Returns of Service from the Sheriff of Lincoln County attached as Exhibit A. 5. That the date of mailing of the notice of intent to foreclose "NOI the Mortgage was February 11, 2013, that the date of mailing the copy of the published foreclosure sale notice "FSN was February 25, 2013 and the date of the first publication of the notice of foreclosure sale was February 28, 2013. 6. That the Mortgagee caused publication to be made of a notice of foreclosure sale in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper published and having general circulation in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, commencing with the February 28, 2013 issue of said newspaper and ending with the March 13, 2013 issue thereof. A copy of the affidavit of such publication is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 7. That the property subject to the Mortgage was sold at public sale, pursuant to the power of sale, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 2nd day of April, 2013. A Certificate of Purchase dated April 2nd, 2013 was issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff, which was recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on April 9, 2013 in Book 808, Page 802, as Document No. 970411. A Sheriff's Deed dated August 8, 2013 was issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff, which was recorded with the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk on August 16, 2013 in Book 818, Page 194, as Document No. 972704.
