QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Steve H. Cranney and Mary K. Cranney,
husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein
and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Steve H. Cranney and
Mary K. Cranney and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Steve
H. and Mary K. Cranney Family Trust dated July 1, 2014, between Grantors and Trustees, Steve H.
Cranney, and Mary K. Cranney, beneficiaries, of PO Box 315, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Beginning at a point which is 1 1/2 rods East and 5 rods North from the southwest
corner of Lot 4 of Block 21 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence East 8 1/2 rods, thence North 5 rods, thence West 8 1/2 rods, thence
South 5 rods to the place of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Steve H. Cranney, and Mary K. Cranney, husband and wife,
have hereunto set their hands as of the 1st day of July, 2014.
