Cranney and Mary K. Cranney, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Steve H. Cranney and Mary K. Cranney and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Steve H. and Mary K. Cranney Family Trust dated July 1, 2014, between Grantors and Trustees, Steve H. Cranney, and Mary K. Cranney, beneficiaries, of PO Box 315, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: All of Lot 39 of the Bridger Forest Ranch Subdivision, amended, according to the official plat thereof and subject to the Protective Covenants and all rights of way and easements, all of which are on file in the office of the Lincoln County Recorder, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Steve H. Cranney, and Mary K.
