GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Travis C. Chewning and Jessica L. Chewning, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is 1623 Antelope
Court, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 13 of Block 4 of the Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
