consideration to her in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaim and by those
presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto:

all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought
to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Section 23, T31 N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on the
attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for Mack
B. Balls Family Revocable Trust dated the 24th day of April, 1992, Balls House
Tract dated 18 July 2014.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BALLS HOUSE TRACT
To -wit:
That part of the SW1/4 of Section 23, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part
of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 310 of
Photostatic Records on page 377 and in Book 775 of Photostatic Records on page 254,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of the NE1/4SW1/4 of said Section 23, N00 -16'-
11 "E 217.45 feet, from the southwest corner thereof;
thence S84 51' -24 "W, 104.14 feet, to a point on an existing north /south fence line;
thence N00 40' -02 "E, 674.80 feet, along said fence line, to a point at a fence corner;
thence N89 32' -41 "E, 552.26 feet, along an existing east/west fence line, to a point on the
westerly right -of way line of Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140;
thence S79 41' -12 "E, 33.11 feet, to a spike on the centerline of said Bitter Creek County
Road at the beginning of a non tangent circular curve to the right, whose radius point
bears S75 22' -37 "W;
thence along said centerline as follows:
southeasterly, 312.54 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 04
37'-23", with a radius of 3873.41 feet and a chord bearing S12°-18'-42"E, 312.46
feet, to a spike at Station PT 225 +85.57;
S10°-00'-00"E, 63.00 feet, to the northeast spike of that tract of record in said Office
in Book 578 of Photostatic Records on page 605, and leave said centerline;
thence along the north line of said tract in Book 578 as follows:
S63 52' -41 "W, 177.33 feet, to a point;
S51 34' -47 "W, 330.11 feet, to a point;
S84 51' -24 "W, 149.35 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 8.26 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NW' /4 of Section 23, T3 IN
RI 19W, being N00 36' -58 "E;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
SUBJECT to an easement for Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 or 11810 with
appropriate details;

County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR MACK B. BALLS
FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 24 APRIL 1992, AND ALVIN AND ALICE
ROBINSON FAMILY TRUST, DATED 10 APRIL 1998, AND LANCE P. AND
MELANIE ROBINSON FAMILY TRUST, DATED 29 MARCH 2011 WITHIN THE
SW1/4 SECTION 23 T31N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 13 August
