Anderson, Ltd., etal to Milestone Energy Corp. and the Billy Ray Cagle Trust effectively dated December 1, 2008 recorded in Book 713 at Page 294. Together with all rights incident thereto, the personal property and wells thereon, appurtenant thereto, or used or obtained in connection therewith. All other rights in, to or under or derived from the interests assigned herein, even though improperly described in or omitted from the attached Exhibit "A It is the expressed intent of the parties that all of Assignor's right, title and interest in any and all oil and gas leases or properties described on Exhibit "A" be assigned to Assignee hereunder.
