ROYALTY INTEREST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, the Billy Ray Cagle Trust under Trust Agreement dated 4/10/92, as amended, Bill Cagle
Trustee whose address is 5910 S. University Blvd. C18432, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80121
hereinafter called Assignor, for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.0O) the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, sell and convey unto Dynasty Partners
LLC, 5910 S. University Blvd. C18432, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80121, hereinafter called
Assignee, all of its right, title and interest in the following described lands in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
The interest conveyed in this assignment covers only the mineral, royalty or overriding royalty in, to,
under or derived from any of the following real and personal property interests as previously conveyed
it that certain Assignment, Bill of Sale and Conveyance from Donald B. Anderson, Ltd., etal to
Milestone Energy Corp. and the Billy Ray Cagle Trust effectively dated December 1, 2008 recorded in
Book 713 at Page 294.
Together with all rights incident thereto, the personal property and wells thereon, appurtenant thereto,
or used or obtained in connection therewith. All other rights in, to or under or derived from the
interests assigned herein, even though improperly described in or omitted from the attached Exhibit
"A It is the expressed intent of the parties that all of Assignor's right, title and interest in any and all
oil and gas leases or properties described on Exhibit "A" be assigned to Assignee hereunder.
EXECUTED this 30 day of July, 2014, but made effective as of May 1s 2014 at 7:00 am, MST
