That part of the NE1 /4SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 6, T26N, R112W, within the incorporated limits of
the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Amended Plat Brown's 1 Addition
to the Town of LaBarge of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 290A;
thence S89 °56'36 "E, 115.00 feet along the south line of said Lot 1 to the southeast corner;
thence S00 °08'18 "W, 215.03 feet along the west line of Elm Street to a corner;
thence N82 °29'45 "W, 115.96 feet to a 5/8 ins. steel reinforcing rod;
thence N00 °08'18 "E, 200.00 feet to the CORNER OF BEGINNING
SUBJECT to a "temporary cul -de -sac" as depicted upon said plat;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress along the east thirty (30) feet of the
