NELSON, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantee Beneficiaries, effective upon the death of the Owner, the following described real property located in Lincoln County and the State of Wyoming: Lot 2 Block 1 of Lincoln Heights 2nd Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on July 30, 1973 as instrument No. 449229 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all conveyances, assignments, contracts, mortgages, deeds of trust, liens, securtity pledges and other encumbrances made by the Owner or to which the Owner was subject during the Owner's lifetime and to all restrictions, reservations, exceptions, easements, right -of -ways of record and any interest in the property of which the Grantee Beneficiaries have actual or constructive notice of.
