MINERAL DEED
This Mineral Deed, made this 7th day of July, 2014, by Majorie L. Hadley, as
Trustee of the Hadley Family Trust, dated May 6, 2002, of 127 Cerro Romauldo, San
Luis Obispo, California, 93405 "Grantor for and in consideration of Ten and More
Dollars ($10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys,
transfers, assigns and delivers to Majorie L. Hadley, as Trustee of the Majorie L.
Hadley Revocable Trust, u /d /t dated December 3, 2013, of 127 Cerro Romauldo, San
Luis Obispo, California, 93405 "Grantee all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in
oil, gas and other mineral rights, including all lease interests, orders, contracts,
agreements, receipts, accruals, suspense accounts accrued and accruing, accounts
payable, gas balances and all other benefits, liabilities and privileges attributable to or in
any way pertaining to the oil, gas and other mineral rights, royalty interests, and lease
interests, without limitation, in and to the following described real property situated in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6th P.M.
Section 20: N2NE, SWNE, NW, N2SW, SESW, S2SE, SESE
Section 28: NWNW, S2NW, SW, SWNE, W2SE
Section 32: E2E2
Township 26 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M.
Section 20: Lot 52
Section 21: Lot 48
Grantor expressly warrants this conveyance and this Mineral Deed shall be
construed to contain warranty provisions. It is Grantor's intent to convey to Grantee all of
her mineral interest and rights associated with his mineral interest in Lincoln County,
Wyoming now owned or hereafter acquired. Grantor expressly intends that the after
acquired title doctrine apply to this Mineral Deed and any possible interest later
attributable to Grantor in Lincoln County, Wyoming, including all right title and interest
received from the Estate of Ray Gene Hadley, whether or not covered by the above land
description, shall pass by this Mineral Deed to Grantee.
