Dan H. Gibson and Julia Mae Gibson, husband and wife, James Stuart Brown and
Barbara R. Brown, husband and wife, Colleen Sue Brown, f /k /a Colleen Sue Perkins, a
single woman, David Wilkinson and Patricia Kay Wilkinson, husband and wife, Robert
William Brown and Cynthia S. Brown, husband and wife, Timothy S. Curry and Helen
Elizabeth Curry, husband and wife, John Evans and Virginia Lea Evans, husband and wife,
Nathan Erickson and Jennifer Erickson, husband and wife, and David Christensen, a
married man dealing in his sole and separate property, Grantors, whose address is 825
Olympus Drive, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, convey and warrant to
Brad Call, Trustee of the Lynn Anson Call 2012 Trust dated September 17, 2012, whose
address is, P.O. Box 522 Afton, WY 83110, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantee, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6 Principal Meridian
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest
Quarter southeast Quarter (SW1 /4 SE1 /4) of Section
Thirty -four (34) and running Thence 60 rods North,
Thence 160 rods East, Thence 60 rods South, Thence
160 rods West, to the place of beginning, containing 60
acres more or Tess, together with water rights, subject
to existing rights of way and easements or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state. This Warranty Deed may be executed in two or more original
counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute
one and the same instrument.
