WHEREAS, Danny Sid Adams and Joanne E. Adams, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for 1st Bank, its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated February 25, 2009 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
March 3, 2009, at Reception No. 945647 in Book 716 at Page 576.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Green Tree Servicing LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on February 25, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Green Tree Servicing LLC "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$154,891.01, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on February 25, 2014 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 25,
2014, at Reception No. 975413 in Book 828 at Page 435;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain

records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on 4 r/ 2014 at Reception No.

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
