in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised,
released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by those presents do for our heirs, executors and
administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto:
Ty Jenkins and Debbie Jenkins, husband and wife, grantees, of 13053 South 1st
East, Idaho Falls, ID 83404
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have
or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
Lot 152 of Alpine Village No. 1 Plat 2 Amended, 29th Filing, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed with Instrument No. 977576.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming. G,
