NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO
WYOMING STATUTES 5 138 has been filed herein for the Judgment entered on July 10,
2013 in the civil action filed in the Lincoln County Circuit Court by Plaintiff Judgment Creditor
Trail Creek Property Owners Association, Inc. against Defendants Judgment Debtors Adam L.
Boswell and Diane M. Boswell on June 7, 2013. The ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT
PURSUANT TO WYOMING STATUTES 5 -9 -138 is attached hereto.
Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 5- 9- 138(b), the costs of the transcript, which, pursuant to
Wyoming Statutes 5- 9- 138(a) is Five Dollars ($5.00), and the costs of recording and entry
upon the District Court's docket, which, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 5 -3 -206 is Seventy
Dollars ($70.00), are taxed to Defendants Judgment Debtors.

ASSOCIATION, INC. filed a Complaint in the above civil action against DEFENDANTS
OSWELL on June 7,
The record herein shows that Defendants Judgment Debtors were served with copies of
a Summons and Complaint, and Proof of such service was filed with this Court on June 12, 2013.
The record herein shows that Defendants Judgment Debtors signed a Stipulated
Settlement and Motion for Judgment Accordingly, which was filed with this Court on July 8,
2013.
This Court entered Judgment herein on July 10, 2013 in favor of Plaintiff Judgment
Creditor and against Defendants Judgment Debtors for Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($2,150.00), plus interest accruing thereon from the date of the Judgment until paid in
full at the rate of Fifteen Percent (15 per annum.
Attached herewith are a certified copy of the Judgment and a Register of Actions
showing that no amounts have been paid on the Judgment entered herein to date.
Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 5- 9- 138(b), the costs of the transcript, which, pursuant to
Wyoming Statutes 5- 9- 138(a) is Five Dollars ($5.00), and the costs of recording and entry
upon the District Court's docket, which, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 5 -3 -206 is Seventy
