KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Cody Steed. Grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration. in hand paid.
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Patsy Ann Steed
a /k/a Patsy Steed, a single person, Grantee, whose address is 672 Papworth Lane, Afton, WY
83110, all of his interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1:
Any and all interest of Grantor in the undivided 1/6 interest that was conveyed in that
certain Quitclaim Deed recorded July 8, 2010 in Book 750 page 274 with the Lincoln
County Clerk as more fully described in said Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Kem Cazier and Jolene C. Hunsaker,
Successor Trustees of the Quinn B. Cazier and Elaine T. Cazier Family Trust, dated December
31, 1991, Grantor, of 704 Papworth Lane, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming 83110, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Robert Hunsaker
and Jolene C. Hunsaker, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 1/6
interest; Kern 'T. Cazier and Beth Cazier, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an
undivided 1/6 interest; Layne Q. Cazier and Patty Cazier, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, an undivided 1/6 interest; Cody Steed and Patsy Steed, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties, an undivided 1/6 interest; Noel Norman Nelson, Jr. and Sally Nelson, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 1/6 interest; and Heidi Erickson, an undivided
1/24 interest, Jason Cazier, an undivided 1/24 interest, Anthony Cazier, an undivided 1/24
interest, and Casey Cazier, an undivided 1/24 interest, all as tenants in common, Grantees, the
following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE1/4NW' /4 Section 36, T32N, R119W of the 6
P.M., Wyoming; running thence South 80 rods, thence East 35 Rods, thence North 80 rods,
thence West 35 rods to the point of beginning, and containing 17.50 acres, more or less; it
being understood by the parties to this deed, that the northerly boundary of the above
described tract is the buried sprinkler pipeline of the Nield String Sprinkler Co.
ALSO: The E'/ of the SW1/4 and the East 45 acres of the NW1/4 of Section 36, T32N,
R119W;
1. EXCEPTING THEREFROM beginning at a point 20 rods, West of the NE corner
of the NE'/ NW'/, thence South 8 rods, thence West 6 rods, thence North 8 rods,
thence East 6 rods, to the place of beginning;
2. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at a point 7 rods West of the

rods, thence West 5 rods, thence North 12 rods, thence East 5 rods, to the point of

3. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at a point which is 528 feet
East of the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
(SE1/4SW1/4) of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119
West of the 6"' P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 330 feet; thence East 132
feet; thence South 330 feet; thence West 132 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.0 acres.

and recorded November 3, 1992 in Book 319 PR, page 644 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk;
6. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that property as described on the certain
Quitclaim Deed from Patsy Ann Steed, Grantor, to Cody Steed and Patsy Ann Steed,
husband and wife, Grantees, dated October 3, 2005 and recorded October 7, 2005
in Book 600 PR, page 591 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
7. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that property as described on the certain
Warranty Deed from Quinn B. Cazier and Elaine T. Cazier Family Trust, Quinn B.
Cazier and Elaine T. Cazier, Trustees, Grantors, to the Afton- Lincoln County Joint
Powers Board, a Non Profit Organization, Grantee, dated January 12, 2004 and
recorded February 3, 2004 in Book 547 PR, page 500 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk;
8. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that property as described on the certain
Warranty Deed from Kem T. Cazier and Jolene Cazier, Successor Trustees to Robert
F. Hunsaker and Jolene C. Hunsaker, husband and wife, by the entireties, Grantees,
dated May 20, 2010 and recorded May 24, 2010 in Book 747 PR, page 648 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
9. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that property as described on the certain
Warranty Deed from Kem T. Cazier and Jolene Cazier, Successor Trustees to Layne
Q. Cazier, a married man, Grantee, dated March 12, 2010 and recorded March 15,
2010 in Book 744 PR, page 24 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights and other
appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now
of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
