Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:

described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 1 Block 12 of Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed on October 3, 1977 as instrument No. 499086
of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
