other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY(S) AND WARRANT(S) to

whose mailing address is P.O. Box 77, 1046 S. Washington St., Afton, WY 83110, the following described
real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 21 and 22 of Snake River Junction Second Filing, filed August 29, 2007, as Instrument
No. 932576 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of record.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this Warranty Deed
