KNOWN by all these presents, that I, Shirley J. Eatough, have made, constituted and appointed
and by these presents do make and constitute and appoint Susan Buschauer my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead for my use and benefit as follows:
To execute any and all documents necessary for the sale of, including, but not
limited to, Contracts, Affidavits, Deeds, Titles, Settlement Statements,
Agreements and W -9's, requiring a seller signature for the following described
property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Legal Description:
Lot 2 of Block 10 of the Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming
Known as: 1034 Front Street
Opal, WY 83124
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform all and every act
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises, as fully
to all intent and purposes as the signer might and could do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above
stated premises by virtue of these presents. Upon the completion of the sale of the aforesaid
property, the powers hereby granted shall cease.
