Kemmerer, Wyoming, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MARGARET A.
POPP, also known as PEGGY POPP, a single person, Grantee, of P.O. Box 471, Diamondville, Wyoming,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The middle one -third (1/3) of the Lots numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of the
Block Numbered Three (3) in the Town of Kemmerer, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
together with all improvements thereon, and being 46 -2/3 feet facing Sapphire Street and
140 feet in depth, all in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anyway
appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, easements and right -of -ways of record or insight or
use.
Said property having a physical address of 417 Sapphire Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming and
being that property described in the Warranty Deed dated August 9, 1972 from Eusella
Pauline Taylor to Charles F. Taylor and Bridget Murray Huntington as recorded in Book
353PR at Page 601 on July 5, 1994 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer,
Wyoming and that property described in the Quitclaim Deed from Rev. Msgr. Charles F.
Taylor, also known as Charles F. Taylor to Rev. Msgr. Charles F. Taylor, Trustee, or his
successors in trust, under the Msgr. Charles F. Taylor Living Trust, dated January 30, 2009
and any amendments and restatements thereto dated July 30, 2009 as recorded in Book 716
at Pages 73 and 74 on February 23, 2009 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Kemmerer, Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly authorized
