executed June 13, 2003, and recorded in Book 663PR, Page 697 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said
tract being located within the Southeast Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 119
West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on the West boundary line of the said Southeast Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 29 at a point
which bears North 0 °08'09" West a distance of 377.23 feet from the Center East 1/16 Corner of said Section 29;
and running thence North 0 °08'09" West a distance of 550.52 feet to the intersection with an existing road
centerline;
Thence along a centerline circular curve to the right, with a beginning bearing of South 62 °23'25" East and a radius
of 250 feet; through a delta angle of 21 °44'54" along an arc distance of 94.89 feet;
Thence South 40 °38'31" East a distance of 85.71 feet;
Thence along a tangent circular curve to the left, with a radius of 150 feet, through a delta angle of 35 °07'20
along an arc distance of 91.95 feet and leave said centerline;

Part of that tract of land known as Tract 3 of the Peavler Family Exemption, as described in a Deed of Record,
executed June 13, 2003, and recorded in Book 663PR, Page 697 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said
tract being located within the Southeast Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 119
West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Center Eat 1/16 Corner of said Section 29; and running thence North 0 °08'09" West a distance
of 377.23 feet to a point;
Thence North 73 °41'18" East a distance of 130.18 feet to a point;
Thence North 9 °42'55" West a distance of 113.13 feet to a point;
Thence North 62 °15'21" East a distance of 48.67 feet to a point;
Thence South 66 °09'51" East a distance of 72.11 feet to a point;
Thence North 78 °23'03" East a distance of 45.33 feet to a point;
Thence North 20 °29'18" East a distance of 36.37 feet to a point;
