PARCEL 2:
WARRANTY DEED
DEE J. BURNETT and JOAN W. BURNETT, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
to DEE J. BURNETT and JOAN W. BURNETT, as Trustees of the DEE J. BURNETT AND JOAN
W. BURNETT FAMILY TRUST dated August 25, 2014, Grantees, whose address is 1325 Central
Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
A parcel of land located in Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 22 of Block 1 of said Fairview Addition
and running thence West, a distance of 240.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot 17
of said Block 1;
thence North, a distance of 140.0 feet;
thence East, a distance of 240.00 feet;
thence South, a distance of 140.0 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 22 to the
point of beginning.
The Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) of the Block Numbered
Two (2) in the Fairview Addition of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming.
PARCEL 3:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot One (1) in Block Two (2) of the Fairview
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, thence in
an Easterly direction following the Northerly boundary of said lot a distance of 72
feet, thence at a right angle in a Southerly direction parallel to the Western boundary
of said lot a distance of 40 feet, thence at a right angle in a Westerly direction and
parallel to the Northern boundary of said lot a distance of 72 feet to a point on the
Western boundary of said lot, thence at a right angle in a Northerly direction
following the Western boundary of said lot a distance of 40 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL 4:
Lot 7 of Block 1 in the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4- 10- 402(c) shall apply to the property conveyed by this deed and
any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof.
