Box $13 Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of such consideration being hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY unto DIXIE L. Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements, and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use. THIS DEED is an absolute conveyance, Grantor having sold the above described real property to the Grantee for good and valuable consideration. This deed releases Grantor's obligations secured by the Mortgage heretofore executed by Grantor on the above described real property. GRANTOR DECLARES that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. JED JACOBSON, Grantor's husband, is signing this Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure solely for the purpose of waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
