KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that VADA D. SMITH, a single persqaa
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date
the 3rd day of December, 1999 made and executed by RYAN DAVID FOXLEY, a married
person, as mortgagor to VADA D. SMITH, as mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of thirty nine thousand five hundred and seven dollars
($39,507.00) as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 6th day of
December, 1999 in Book 439, Page 74 and on January 11, 2000, in Book 440, Page 335,
mortgaging the following described real estate in Lincoln County, to -wit:
See "Exhibit A" made part of this document by reference and incorporation as if
set forth fully herein
with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Paragraph 5 of Book 401 of Photostatic
Records on pages 812, 813, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east'line of said tract,
N00 23' -12 "E, 1582.83 feet from the southeast corner of the
SW% of said Section 27;
thence N00 23' -12 "E, 668.00 feet, along said east line, to a
point;
thence S88 36' -49 "W,
of said tract;
660.68 feet to a point on the west line
thence S00 22' -36 "14, 668.00 feet, along said west line, to a
point;
thence N88 36' -49 "E, 660.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 10.13 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress and public
utilities over, under and across a strip of land thirty -five
(35) feet in width with the easterly line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the SW% of said Section

the thread of said creek to a point fifteen (15) feet from the
line of demarcation between vegetation and scoured stream
channel; AND

fishing purposes along a strip of land fifteen (15) feet in
width with the .south line described as follows:
Beginning at a point N00 23' -12 "E, 2250.83 feet from the
southeast corner of the SWl of said Section 27;
thence S88 36' -49 "W, 660.68 feet, to a point;
SUBJECT to a right of ingress and egress and public utilities
over, under and across the east thirty -five (35) feet of the
above described parcel; AND
RESERVING the west fifteen (15) feet of the above described
parcel for public utilities;
the. BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SW%
of Section 27, T32N R119W, being N89 54' -00 "E;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed in'
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
