Box 60364, Colorado Springs, Co. 80960 Effective Date: APRIL 1, 2014 For adequate consideration, Grantor, named above, grants, sells, and conveys to Grantee, named above, an undivided _100 of Grantors interest in all of the oil, gas, and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from the following lands (the "Lands in the county and state named above: Venture Number and Name: 4636- LaBarge Unit- Tertiary Lincoln County, Wyoming- Township 26 North, Range 113 West Section 3: Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,10,12, SW /4, NW /4SE /4 Section 10: W /2NW /4, NE /4NW /4 Venture Number and Name: 8684- LaBarge Bear River PA Venture Number and Name 8685- LaBarge CONS OT FR PA Lincoln County, Wyoming- Township 26 North, Range 113 West Section 3: Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,10,12, SW /4, NW /4SE /4 Section 10:N /2NW /4 BY EXECUTING THIS INSTRUMENT YOU ARE SELLING ALL OR A PORTION OF YOUR MINERAL INTEREST IN THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. By this Deed, Grantee is also conveyed the right of ingress and egress at all times for the purposes of mining, drilling, exploring, operating, and developing the oil, gas, and other minerals in and under the Lands, and storing, handling, transporting, and marketing the same from the Lands. This conveyance is made subject to any right now existing in favor of any lessee or its assigns under any valid and subsisting oil and gas lease on the Lands. In addition to the foregoing, Grantor does hereby Transfer, Assign, and Set Over unto Grantee all of Grantor's interest in and to all monies, proceeds, income, and other personal properties now on hand or in the possession of any third party, bank, trustee, or pipeline company, which have heretofore accrued to the mineral interest of Grantor in said land described above that has been herein conveyed to Grantee. This Deed is delivered by Grantor to Grantee with warranty of title by, through, and under Grantor, but not otherwise.
