Box 4181, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
ROBERT L. FRIDDLE, TRUSTEE of THE ROBERT L. FRIDDLE LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST dated
August 28, 2014, c/o P.O. Box 4181, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns, real
property in Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 40 of the Amended Plat of Bridger Forest Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise pertaining
thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, and rights -of-
way of record, of sight, or in use.
