WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON FEBRUARY 21,
2007 AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 926924 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN
COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
