Frank Brog aka Frank E. Brog and Ruth Brog aka Ruth M. Brog, husband and wife, and
Frank E. Brog and Ruth M. Brog as Trustees of the Frank E. Brog Trust dated March 24, 2003, and
Frank E. Brog and Ruth M. Brog as Trustees of the Ruth M. Brog Trust dated March 24, 2003, of
Cedar Hills, Utah County, Utah, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS
($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and WARRANT to Gary A. Kennington and Joyce C. Kennington, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 400 Private Treaty Lane, Afton, WY 83110, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Commencing at a point which is N12 °0'E, 648 feet from the Southwest corner
NE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 30, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence N3 °50'W, 129 feet;
thence N12 °0'E, 317 feet;
thence S85 °26'E, 255 feet, more or Tess, to Swift Creek;
thence S5 °25'W, 59 feet;
thence S61 °25'E, 197 feet;
thence S28 °0'E, 72 feet;
thence S19 °0'E, 122 feet;
thence S81 °0'W, 575 feet, more or Tess, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements located on the above described
real property.
And also,
TOGETHER WITH a road right of way easement previously conveyed in two
instruments, that certain Warranty Deed dated October 22, 1993, and recorded
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 19, 2002, in Book 483 PR,
Page 636, and that certain Quitclaim Deed dated March 24, 2003, and recorded
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 7, 2003, in Book 517, Page 19,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is S66 °15'E 645 feet from the Northwest Corner of
the NE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 30, T32N, R118W, which point is also the centerline
of the Swift Canyon Road and the entrance road to the Lower Swift Creek Power
Plant; thence S24 °E, 115 feet; thence S18 °W, 50 feet to the center line of Swift

Creek and Frank Brog Entrance Road Bridge and extending 10 feet each side of
said center line.
And also,
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations
and rights of way of sight or record, including those exceptions as set forth in
that certain Commitment for Title Insurance with effective date of August 7,
2014, issued by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through
Hometown Title, Ltd., of Kemmerer, Wyoming, File Number 10436.
