HomeMy WebLinkAbout978207KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Scott Alan Armstrong, a single person, grantor, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Scott Alan Armstrong and Dawn M. Norton, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, grantees, of PO Box 1096, Thayne, WY 83127, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand in or to all the following described premises in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit: Lot 17 of the Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. WITNESS my hand as of this 29th day of August, 2014.
