known as Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union) of LARAMIE COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing a date of the 4 day of SEPTEMBER, 2003,
made and executed by BRUCE J LUDWIG AND PATRICIA L LUDWIG, HUSBAND AND. WIFE, AS
JOINT TENANTS, to MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $185,000.00 therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
LINCOLN County, STATE of WYOMING, on the 11 day of SEPTEMBER, 2003, IN BOOK# 534PR,
AT PAGE# 386, of Mortgages instrument mortgaging the following described real estate in
said county, to wit:
AS PER SAID MORTGAGE:
RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has caused these Presents
to be signed by its Vice President

instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
