THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Executed this 7 of

to sgsond party, LuRae Privett, Trustee of THE LURAE PRIVETT FAMILY TRUST, dated the

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for good consideration and for the sum of $10
Dollars paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim its interest unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
interest and claim which the said first party has in and to the following described parcel of land,
and improvements and appurtenances thereto in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 821 OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES THIRD ADDITION OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED JULY
30, 2003 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 892064 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN
COUNTY CLERK.
