HOLLY C. MCLAIN, as husband and wife, P.O. Box 854, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised,
released and forever quit claimed to TROY W. MCLAIN and HOLLY C. MCLAIN,
TRUSTEES of the Troy W. Holly C. McLain Family Trust dated September 3, 2014, c/o P.O.
Box 854, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, their heirs, successors and assigns forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to
have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Quitclaim Deed that was
recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on February 26, 2004,
in Book 548 at Page 852 as Instrument No. 897483, a copy of which is attached
hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or
thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions,
and restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of
0 record.
