assigned to U.S BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS CUSTODIAN/TRUSTEE, by
Assignment of Mortgage /Deed of Trust dated the 23rd day of May, 2000, which Assignment was
recorded in Book 446 at Page 438 as Document No. 866195 of the Records of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and does hereby acknowledge full satisfaction of said Mortgage to the intent that the
same may be discharged of record.
