KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dexter R. Gardner, Operating
Manager of D &D Rental Properties, LLC, Grantor, of Afton, Wyoming, for and in consideration
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Dee Ann Gardner Revocable
Trust, dated August 27, 2014, Dee Ann Gardner, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is 44 Happy
Valley Lane, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1:
D &D Ren
By:
Lot 213 of McKayla's Landing, an addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official Plat filed on December 19, 2006 as Instrument
No. 925448 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Parcel 2:
That property as more fully described on Exhibit "A a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
