Development, Inc, Grantor, of Afton, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Dexter R. Gardner, a single person, Grantee, whose address is 631 North Washington, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Parcel 1: By: Lots 208, 209, 210, 211 and 224 of Mckayla's Landing, an Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official Plat filed December 19, 2006 as Instrument No. 925448 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Parcel 2: Lot 6 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official Plat thereof. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
