releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

described on the Official Plat filed with Instrument No. 978300 and in accordance with the
Declaration of Condominium Ownership and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions recorded September 8, 2014 in Book 839PR on page 212 with Instrument No.
978302 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
