That WE, the undersized, ffODy and RaNELL SHUMWAY, husband & wife, ("Grantor"), for a
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby gant,
convey and wan'ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a CoOperative Co¢oration, of Alton and Jackson,
Wyoming and to its successors and assi~s, ("Grantees"), a pe~etual easement and right of way for
the construction and 'continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric
distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under,
upon and across the premises of Grantor in Liucoln County, State of WYOMING along a line
described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of the SE1/4SE/4 of section 13, T31N, Rl19W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point being 653 ft. North and 40 fl. West of the SE corner of the SE1/4SE1/4
of said Section 13;
Thence N85°W, 304 fl. to a point.
Easement to inch!de a strip of land 20fl. in width running parallel with the North property
line.
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingess and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities' and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbe~T, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and~aintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and ma~etic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occu~ing in the distribution of electricity, ~d the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and info~ation is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersized agrees that all wires
and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
