KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE P~SENTS, that the undersigned, Lower Valley Energy,
Inc., a cooperative emiGration, of Aflon and Jackson, Wyoming, Grantee, and PAUL M.
GAUCHAT AND JETTE N. GAUCHAT, Grantor, in an easement dated the 21 st day of
September, 2000, which was recorded on the 14th day of November 2000, in Book 455 of Photo,
page 590 ("Easement") in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and that this easement is hereby vacated and Lower Valley Energy, Inc., for good and valuable
consideration, thc receipt of which being hereby ae~owledged, does forever release, convey and
quitclaim to PAUL M. GAUCHAT A~ JETTE N. GAUCHAT, any and all right, title and
interest in and to the Easement, it being the intent hereof to vacate, discharge and render null and
void the Easement with this vacation to be effective as of the date hereoE

KNOW ALL MEN' BY THESE PRESENT:
That WE, the undersigned, PAUL M. GAUCHAT and JETTE N. GAUCHAT, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afton
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and
right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained '
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along
a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 23, T31N, Rll9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point being the NE corner of the SEI/4SW1/4 of said Section 23;
Thence West 649.99 ft. to a point;
Thence S 07° 40'00" E, 320 feet to a point;
Thence S 22° E 88 ltl to truepoint of beginning, at an existing power pole, known as point "A".
Thence N 33° E, 10 feet to a point.
Retm'ning to Point "A".
Thence S 33° W, 48 ft. to a point.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to"excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires
and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable dt the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
