Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set in the South line of a County Road 1.639.28 ~eet S 89o51, W, and
33.00 feet S 0009' E, from the Northeast corner of said Section 24;
thence S 0o09, E, 367.50 feet;
thence S 89o51, W, 113.96 feet;
thence N 01034'30" W, 367.61 feet, along the west line of the land contained in
Warranty Deed to Bruce M. Davis and Betty B. Davis recorded in Book 145PR
on page 438 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence N 89051, E, 123.10 feet to the point of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Ted L. Barber, Sr., Trustee
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will herea~er claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
