(created by declaration of trust dated November 27, 2013), or successor in trust, Grantees, of 3132
Eugene Hill Way, Taylorsville, Utah, for the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the following described tracts of land in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to wit:

Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lot numbered Three (3) in Leon Livingston Subdivision in Township 37 North,
Range 118 West, 6 Principal Meridian. Said plat of said subdivision in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. Together with the well situated thereon.
