Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 14,
2014 and executed Aero Condo, LLC a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of 2,809,112.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
17th day of January 2014 in Book 826 of Mortgages, at Page 870 as document #974979 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
"Unit 8 of Hangars at the Refuge Phase I, a Condominium, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the Official Plat filed with Instrument No. 978300 and in
accordance with the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded September 8, 2014 in Book 839PR
on page 212 with Instrument No. 978302 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ra I'•4 day of
