KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Susan S. Doherty, Trustee of the Survivor's
Trust established under the Doherty Family Revocable trust dated May 14, 1998, Grantor, of
21857 Road 211, Friant, CA 93626, for an consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Susan S. Doherty, Trustee of The Exemption Trust established under the
Doherty Family Revocable Trust dated May 14, 1998, Grantee, of 21857 Road 211, Friant, CA
93626 all of Grantors' interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the state, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
TOGETHER with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereon belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, encumbrances, rights and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
This serves to correct that certain Quitclaim Deed recorded August 28, 2014 in Book 838
on page 510 of the Lincoln County Clerk records.

A portion of the Redd Brothers property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 579PR on
page 703, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 6 and the
SW' /4SE% of Section 4, and the N% of GLO Lot 2 and the N'/NW% NE% of Section 9, all in
T34N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Section 27, Township 5 South, Range 46 East, of the
Boise Meridian, Caribou County, Idaho, being the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1980 location for
the Southwest Corner of said GLO Lot 6;
