acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Clealon D. Hyde, trustee of the Clealon D. and Elaine
Hyde Family Revocable Trust dated September 18, 1997, grantee, of Auburn, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,

of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 402 PR, page 768, as
more particularly described on the attached "Clealon Hyde Ranch Tract No. 1" which is
incorporated herein by this reference and attached as "Exhibit A
ALL OF THE ABOVE- DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, HOWEVER, consisting of Tract No. 1, is SUBJECT to
all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way of sight or record
and the Quitclaim Deed for 0.99 acres, more or less, granted to Kirk Lee Merritt and Connie Elaine
Merritt which is incorporated herein by this referenced and attached as "Exhibit B

BEGINNING at the southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 121 of
Photostatic Records on page 420, on the west line of said NW' /4NW' /4, South 177.00 feet
from the northwest corner thereof;
thence N89 27' -20 "E, 243.74 feet, along the south line of said tract and an easterly
extension thereof, to a point at a fence corner;
thence N00 28' -52 "E, 177.02 feet, along an existing fence line, to a spike on the north
line of said NW1/4NW1/4;
thence N89 27' -20 "E, 665.28 feet, along said north line to a spike;
thence S00 13' -49 "E, 1094.08 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said
