ROADWAY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
This agreement is made on September 3, 2014 between Jody W. Shumway and RaNell Shumway of 2325 Hwy
241, Afton, Wyoming (Grantors), and Joseph B. Shumway and Arit Shumway of 2325 Hwy 241, Afton,
Wyoming (Grantees).
WHEREAS, the Grantors grant to said Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns, a perpetual, non exclusive
thirty -foot (30) wide roadway to be used for ingress, egress and utility purposes over, under and across the
following described property (Easement), namely:
The south 30 feet of Lot 13 of the Hialeah Subdivision, Accession No. 578121, located south of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming. o
The south 360 feet of the east 30 feet of the NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 SW 1 /4 of Section 13, T31N R119W of
the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

Also, a small area lying within the N 1 /2 SE 1 /4 SW 14 of Section 13, T31N R119 of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing 1,800 square feet. Beginning at the Southwest corner of
said parcel and extending north 30 feet, from thence extending east 60 feet, and from thence
,extending 30 feet south to the southern boundary of said parcel, and from thence 60 feet to the
southwest comer of said parcel. This to accommodate for a small curve in the existing roadway.
Together with the right to construct, maintain, improve and repair the said roadway and utilities. Said easement.
shall be appurtenant to Grantees' land known as Parcel F -2 Adjusted, lying in Section 14, T31N Ri 19W.
This Easement may be amended or terminated by written agreement signed by all owners of record and other
successors to the respective interests of Grantors and Grantees. Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns
may execute and record a vacation of this easement at any time.
