Shumway and Ranell Shumway, husband and wife. grantors, of County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have
remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by those presents do for my /our heirs,
executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto:
Jody W. Shumway and Ranell Shumway, husband and wife, grantees, of 2325
Highway 241, Afton, WY 83110
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have
in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:

described on the attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description
for Joseph B. Shumway and Arit Shumway and Jody W. Shumway and Ranell Shumway
Shumway Tract dated 28 August 2014.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of doming.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM that tract of land as described on the attached exhibit titled,
"DESCRIPTION FOR JOSEPH B. SHUMWAY AND ARIT SHUMWAY AND JODY W.
SHUMWAY AND RANELL SHUMWAY PARCEL F -2 ADJUSTED dated 28 August
2014;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the NWl of Section 14, T31N,
R119W, being S89 43' -00 "W;
it is intended that the actual thread of Salt River, as it moves with changes caused by
accretion and erosion of the river, be the actual boundary of the tract for that part of the
above described tract referenced as coursing the thread of the river; the above calls along the
thread of the Salt River are an approximation of the thread for the purposes of determining
the approximate acreage of the above described tract;
TOGETHER WITH and RESERVING unto the Grantors a right of ingress, egress and
utilities over, under and across a strip of land, thirty (30) feet in width, with the easterly line
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the Parcel F -2 Adjusted Tract;
thence N00 04' -22 "E, 358.94 feet, along the east line of said SE1/4SE1/4, to a point;
the west line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to
create a continuous easement with a minimum width of thirty (30) feet to meet the north line
of the above described tract; AND
TOGETHER WITH and RESERVING unto the Grantors a right of ingress and egress and
public utilities over, under and across the south thirty -two (32) feet of the SW /4 of said
Section 14, lying and being situate easterly of the Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140, of

TOGETHER WITH and RESERVING unto the Grantors a right of ingress and egress and
public utilities over, under and across a strip of land thirty -two (32) feet in width, with the
southerly line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the SE% of Section 14;
thence N89 38' -44 "E, 2295.98 feet, along the south line of said SE`/ of Section 14, to
the west line of Parcel F -2 Adjusted Tract;
the northerly and southerly right -of -way lines of the above described easement to be
shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous and contiguous easement with a.
